Rich's passion is building and leading exceptional teams. As PracticeIT's Chief Executive Officer, he brings broad leadership experience from a career in healthcare enterprise solution delivery and entrepreneurial ventures. Rich began his career with Accenture, developing extensive management experience while leading large-scale health and human services projects. He also served in executive sales roles within Accenture's Citizen Services portfolio. Following Accenture, Rich built and successfully sold a software services firm that delivered custom solutions in the healthcare space. Rich leverages his background in team building and innovative healthcare solutions to translate market needs into intuitive, usable software for our physician clients. Rich earned B.B.A in Economics and Management from James Madison University.

Steve Raich |

Steve brings diverse experience in both traditional and non-traditional financial settings. Having worked for Cisco Systems, Dell Computer, and 3M, Steve brings an in-depth knowledge of large complex organizations and the processes and controls required to scale a business. Steve has also been part of several successful startups including NetSpeed, which was acquired by Cisco in 1998 and General Bandwidth, which he co-founded and in which he was instrumental in raising $170 million in capital and building out the operational infrastructure of the company. Steve is responsible for the financial, human resource, legal and supply chain operations at PracticeIT. Steve earned a BS in Accounting from St. John's University and an MBA from The University of Notre Dame and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Tony is responsible for the design and development of the company's EMR product suite. Tony began his career at Accenture where he helped build enterprise solutions for Fortune 100 clients in the government, high-tech, and financial arenas. He then served as a Principal Consultant at Concero where he helped deliver a portfolio of innovative e-commerce projects and was a co-author of the firm's software delivery methodology. Later Tony combined his thought leadership in Business Process Management (BPM) with healthcare solutions while serving as Chief Software Architect for Duration Software. He brings a vast experience of delivering process-driven, customer-focused technologies to PracticeIT. Tony earned a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Texas.

John brings leadership experience managing technical sales and professional services organizations. He began his career managing direct and channel sales initiatives for MEAD packaging systems. John then joined AT&T Global Services, where he developed extensive experience as a Business Manager responsible for sales and services, growing sales in global enterprise from $10M to $30M. Following his career at AT&T, John was a partner with an AT&T/SBC Value Added Reseller and built a sales and marketing organization committed to customer advocacy that was awarded contracts from AT&T's two largest Enterprise accounts in Austin valued at $10M. John earned a BS in Engineering, Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University and a MABS from Dallas Theological Seminary. John also serves as Adjunct Professor & Chaplain at Letourneau University, School of Graduate & Professional Studies.

Kristin is responsible for identifying large and unique market opportunities, building strategic relationships and contributing to new product development initiatives. Prior to joining PracticeIT, Dr. Norton was the President of Science Scribes, a medical and science writing and marketing company in Houston with clients such as Baylor College of Medicine, the Methodist Hospital and the American College of Sports Medicine. Prior to that she acted as Director of Biomedical Information at Blausen Medical Communications. Dr. Norton received a BS in Zoology from Texas A&M University and her doctorate degree in Biomedical Science from UNT Health Science Center. She completed a post doctoral fellowship at Johns Hopkins and the National Institutes of Aging. She is the author of scientific manuscripts and articles in popular journals and is experienced in presenting at scientific conferences, universities, and medical institutions.

Mike Strong |

Mike Strong brings 32 years of software design, development, and management expertise to PracticeIT. In the past 15 years, Mike has been involved with several software startups. Mike was one of the earliest core developers on Vignette Corporation’s flagship product which helped launch Vignette’s dramatic success. He served as content management lead on the 2002 edition of the IRS.gov new web presence and developed the National Science Foundation’s online portals shortly thereafter. Since 1991, Mike has helped architect, design, build, and lead the development of solutions to software, network, and business transaction security, content management, Federal and Home Land Security projects, and, in recent years, electronic medical records. Mike has skillfully directed local and near shore resources. He has a clear vision for how and where to take the PracticeIT development team in order to create unparalleled customer satisfaction.
